I'm sorry for the confusing description about the sale. Currently, we can set the sale price for only limited country. People live in other country CANNOT purchase this app with the sale price. It is also clear that there seems to exists some problem between Market and Google checkout, sometimes Market shows the price according to the default price (JPY 800) although the Google checkout shows the price according to the price based on your currency(sometimes lower than default because of sale). In this case, the price shown on the Google Checkout is the true price for you.
Please be careful to the above things and make decision to purchase. With the current system, we can't refund you balance ammount, for example, we can't refund just only $7 as the balance ammout of $10(default JPY800)-$3(sales price)
. We can only cancel the whole order, in this case, full ammount of money will be back but the app is uninstalled.
